Nova is Coulisse’s cross functional AI governance and strategy group. Established in October 2025, Nova is responsible for prioritizing, validating and scaling AI initiatives across the organization.
Nova builds on the technical foundation already in place and adds structured alignment between technology, business, legal, finance and operations. Its role is to ensure AI evolves as an integrated organizational capability rather than a collection of isolated tools.
