Shanghai, China – June 10, 2025 – At R+T Asia 2025, Coulisse proudly unveils its most advanced Motionblinds smart shading concept to date, and celebrates a major milestone: the Absolute Silence system has been honored with the prestigious Best of the Best Award 2025, recognizing its groundbreaking innovation in acoustic comfort and quiet motorization.
Making its global debut at R+T Asia 2025, Absolute Silence introduces a new benchmark in motorized shading. This precision-engineered roller cassette system minimizes operational sound through patented rubber-molded brackets and optimized drive plugs and crowns, effectively eliminating mechanical vibrations to ensure a smooth and silent experience. Developed in-house by Coulisse, Absolute Silence combines technical excellence with ease of assembly and installation. The innovation earned Coulisse the Best of the Best Award 2025, recognizing its groundbreaking contribution to acoustic comfort and smart shading performance.
Coulisse also presents its most robust Motionblinds wired motor portfolio to date - engineered for high-end residential and commercial buildings. Leading the lineup is the new 24V DC flagship motors, the first and only wired solution to combine Matter, Thread, RF 433MHz, and Dry Contact technologies in a single motor. These unique multi-connectivity motors offer seamless integration with building management systems such as KNX, Control4, and Loxone, while ensuring plug-and-play installation, low power consumption, future-proof compatibility, and smooth performance across complex projects.
For modern homes, Motionblinds features a full suite of battery-powered motors designed with simplicity, security, and connectivity in mind. Motors equipped with Bluetooth and Matter-over-Thread ensure easy integration with leading smart home platforms - including Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Samsung SmartThings, and Home Assistant. This solution allows users to automate shading, lighting, and climate control with local responsiveness, enhanced privacy, and future-proof compatibility - all without the need for complex installations.

All Motionblinds products are developed at Coulisse’s Dutch headquarters with a strong focus on child safety, energy efficiency, and timeless design. To serve the Asian market, Coulisse operates a dedicated office and showroom in Shanghai, providing local partners with regional delivery, service, and access to the Motionblinds Experience Center.
