1. Motionblinds App

Welcome to the Motionblinds app! This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (the user) and Coulisse B.V. vested in Enter, the Netherlands (“we” or “Coulisse”), for the use of our Motionblinds app. By using our app, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this License Agreement, do not install and/or use the software related to the Motionblinds app and click decline when provided with the option to accept or reject the terms.

2. Right to Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, which means a personal right to use our app on your devices. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the app.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Rent, lease, or lend the app to others.
• Use the app for any unlawful or harmful activities.

4. Updates

We may provide updates to the app from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, or improvements. By using the app, you agree to receive these updates. Please install the updates since they may concern security fixes.

5. Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect personal data and data generated by the use of the app.

6. Support of the App

We offer support for the app. If you encounter any issues or have any questions, please visit our Support Center.

7. Termination

We may terminate this agreement and your access to the app at any time if you violate any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete it from your devices.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We (and our affiliates) are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, punitive, special, exemplary, or incidental damages. If you’re unhappy with our app, our service, content, or these terms of use, your only option is to stop using the app and, if applicable, delete your account.

9. Miscellaneous

The app and all related intellectual property rights are owned by Coulisse. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

In the event that we undergo a change of control, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, this EULA may be transferred to the new entity. You will be notified of any such changes and your continued use of the app will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, notwithstanding your consumer rights. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Overijssel, the Netherlands.

We may update or change these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by other means. By continuing to use the app after the changes take effect, you agree to the new terms.
