Coulisse first set foot in the Americas back in 2011, and has been growing here ever since. Today it runs an independent business from a 50,000-square-foot office, showroom, and state-of-the-art warehouse in Miami — serving fabricators and retailers from Canada in the north to Chile in the south.
This month, nine of our team are celebrating five years with the company, across warehouse operations, sales, and customer service. What makes it special isn't just the milestone. It's that so many of them have been here almost from the very beginning of our current warehouse, back when it was still finding its feet — part of building it into what it is today, and growing right alongside it ever since.
Guido Rojo, our Shift Manager, has been here long enough to watch the whole operation transform. When he started, the warehouse didn't even have racks yet, and most of the team was temporary.
Today it's fully organized, fully equipped, and run by dedicated, full-time people. Guido helped build out our Foreign-Trade Zone program along the way — but ask what he's proudest of, and it's watching teammates promoted from the warehouse floor into corporate roles. That same care runs through the whole team, from benefits and company trips to a genuine focus on well-being: five years, and not a single on-the-job injury.

For Juan Avila, our Account Manager for the Southeast region, the culture is what's kept him here. As a family business, Coulisse doesn't feel like a typical corporate environment built around transactions and targets — people are valued for who they are, not just what they produce.
The autonomy to run his own territory and bring his own ideas to the table has made him a more strategic partner to his clients. Steven Vera's story runs the same way: he started as a Shipping Clerk and grew into Customer Relationship Manager, learning the business from the ground up.
