Application Process

From the moment we put a vacancy online, you usually have three weeks to apply. Are you invited for a job interview? Great! The first interview takes place with our Recruitment Business Partner and the manager of the department. If the mutual feeling is good, we schedule a second interview in which you will meet you future colleagues. Depending on the position, there might also be a third interview. Are we both still feeling positive? Then we will schedule an employment-condition meeting at short notice. By then, you have already met your colleagues and seen our distribution center, design studio and lounge. During your first workdays, you will be invited for the Coulisse onboarding day.

As we are constantly working on improvement and personal development, a Personal Profile Analysis is part of our application procedure.
