FROM PLASTIC TO FABRIC

By converting recycled PET bottles into window covering textiles we contribute to reducing the amount of waste in the world. In doing so, we create sustainable solutions that can save energy in homes and buildings. This is what we call a win-win.

HOW IT WORKS
  • Post-consumer PET bottles are gathered
  • The bottles are sorted and cleaned
  • Then the bottles are shredded into small flakes
  • These flakes are melted and transformed into yarns
  • The yarns are spun and woven into large fabrics
  • The fabrics are dyed into timeless colors
  • After being thoroughly inspected the fabrics are ready

30% LESS IMPACT

During the production process, 50% less energy and water is used compared to conventional polyester fabrics. As a result, our sustainable EcoLuxury textiles have 30% less impact on the environment.
